Fees & Insurance

Counseling sessions are approximately one hour in length. Payment is expected at the time of each session.

I am a contracted provider with most insurances, but please confirm this with your insurance company before your first appointment. If your insurance policy covers “out-of-network” providers for outpatient mental health, then it can be used to pay for sessions, even if I am not a contracted provider.

Please be sure to check your coverage and your deductible before deciding to use your insurance. You are responsible for all charges.

Because I have a commitment to providing services at an affordable rate, a sliding scale may be available if needed, for people without insurance.
